Preparing A New Equipment Request

Include the intended application, model or product family, conditions, quantity and destination. List required accessories and documents alongside the main equipment. If comparing offers, keep the requirement description consistent and ask for inclusions, exclusions and optional items to be stated separately.

Preparing An Existing Equipment Request

Provide the model, serial or nameplate information, issue description and operating context. Include photographs or relevant documents through an agreed contact channel where needed; the enquiry form does not accept attachments. Do not publish credentials or confidential information. Parts identification and troubleshooting need the actual equipment reference.

Confirming Commercial And Support Terms

Warranty, availability, delivery arrangements, response expectations and the extent of support are confirmed for the individual offer. General website guidance does not replace the contract, supplied instructions or model-specific documentation.
